    Vpack慢病毒包装系统★ :

    米乐生物新升级的慢病毒包装系统,全面解决病毒不出毒和滴度低的问题,针对编码基因或非编码基因均有效提高滴度,平均滴度提高十倍以上。在此基础上改进的lncRNA慢病毒新包装系统,保证LncRNA表达更精准,载体荧光表达更亮,病毒出毒更稳定。

    慢病毒感染效果图:

    慢病毒能够有效地感染培养的肝细胞、心肌细胞、神经元、内皮细胞、干细胞等多种类型的细胞。



    不同培养体系对应细胞数、感染试剂用量及病毒量参考:



    储存液浓度:Polybrene:1ug/μl,Polybrene-plus:100ug/μl

    参考工作浓度:Polybrene:5μg/ml,Polybrene-plus:1μg/μl

    ※细胞数量为推荐铺板细胞数量,需根据细胞大小调整铺板数量(以感染时细胞密度30%为宜),按照实际感染时细胞数量去计算病毒加入量。

    ※为增加病毒与细胞接触的几率,可适当减少感染时培养基的体积。

    感染复数(Multiplicity of Infection, MOI),含义为感染时病毒和细胞数量的比值,即平均每个细胞感染的病毒活性单位数(慢病毒单位为TU/cell)。


    实验中按照设置好的MOI计算每孔需要加入的病毒量:
    每孔加病毒量(μl)=MOI×感染时的细胞数/滴度(TU/ml)×1000。
